Nature at Home is a residential cleaning service based on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, specialising in low-tox, naturally derived cleaning solutions for healthier homes.

The information provided on this website is intended for general information purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure that information is accurate and current, Nature at Home does not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate or free from errors.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Any pricing displayed on this website is provided as a guide only unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and may be adjusted if the actual condition, size or scope of work differs from the original description. Any changes will be discussed with the client before additional work is undertaken.
4. Bookings
Submitting an enquiry or booking request through this website does not guarantee a booking.
A booking is confirmed only after Nature at Home has confirmed availability with the client.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs and downloadable resources, is the property of Nature at Home unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
11. Breakages & Damage
While every care is taken, accidents can occasionally happen.
If accidental damage occurs during your service, it will be reported to you promptly.
Nature at Home maintains appropriate public liability insurance.
12. Existing Damage
Nature at Home is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration including:
Worn surfaces
Loose fittings
Damaged grout
Peeling paint
Aged silicone
Scratched surfaces
General wear and tear
13. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with an area we've cleaned, please let us know within 24 hours.
We'll happily return to address any reasonable concerns at no additional charge where appropriate.
14. Valuables
We kindly ask that jewellery, cash, important documents and sentimental items are stored safely before your appointment.
15. Photography
With your permission only, Nature at Home may occasionally take before-and-after photographs for quality records or marketing.
No identifying information or personal belongings will ever be shared without your written consent.
16. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely to provide our services, communicate with you and manage your bookings.
We will never sell or share your information with third parties except where required by law.
17. Right to Refuse Service
Nature at Home reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where:
Staff safety is at risk
Abusive or threatening behaviour occurs
Payment obligations are not met
These Terms & Conditions are repeatedly breached
18. Changes to These Terms
Nature at Home may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
19. Minimum Booking
A minimum booking of 2 hours applies to all cleaning services.
20. Arrival Window
While every effort is made to arrive at your scheduled time, traffic, weather and previous appointments may occasionally cause delays.
Please allow an arrival window of up to 30 minutes before or after your scheduled appointment.
If we are running significantly behind, we will contact you as soon as possible.
21. Utilities
To complete your cleaning service, clients are asked to provide:
Running water
Electricity
Safe access to agreed cleaning areas
If these are unavailable, we may be unable to complete the service.
22. Regular Cleaning Appointments
Weekly and fortnightly clients will be given priority to retain their preferred day and time wherever possible.
Should you wish to permanently change your regular appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
23. Lockout Policy
If we arrive and cannot gain access to your property, we will attempt to contact you.
If access cannot be arranged within 15 minutes, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.
24. Severe Weather & Unforeseen Events
Your safety and ours is important.
Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather, road closures, illness or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
25. Home Preparation
To help us make the most of your appointment, we kindly ask that:
Excessive clutter is tidied where possible - Unless you have booked our decluttering service
Dishes are placed in or beside the sink
Valuables are stored safely
Pets are secured if required
If significant decluttering is required before cleaning can begin, additional time may be needed.
26. Quality of Results
Our goal is to leave every home feeling fresh, clean and cared for.
However, some stains, hard water marks, permanent discolouration and general wear may not be removable through standard cleaning.
27. Home Organisation Services
Where home organisation or decluttering services are provided, all decisions regarding disposal or donation of belongings remain the responsibility of the client.
Nothing will ever be discarded without your clear permission.
28. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
29. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
30. Respectful Behaviour
Nature at Home is committed to providing a respectful, safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
We reserve the right to end or decline a service where abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour is directed towards us. In these circumstances, the full service fee may apply.
31. Acceptance of These Terms
By booking a service with Nature at Home, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
32. Scope of Cleaning
Your service includes only the areas and tasks agreed upon at the time of booking or quoting.
Additional rooms or services requested on the day will be completed where time permits and may incur an additional charge.
33. Keys & Security
If you provide Nature at Home with a key, lockbox code or alarm instructions, this information will be kept secure and used only for the purpose of providing your scheduled cleaning service.
34. Communication
Clients agree to provide accurate contact details so we can communicate regarding appointments, quotes, invoices and important service updates.
